Introduction
Blue Tongue Skinks Live In Australia And New Guinea.The habitats Are forests,grasslands,rainforests and Deserts. Blue Tounge Skinks eat snails,worms,fruit and flowers.
The babies only hatch from soft shelled eggs from inside its mother.
Protection
The Blue Tongue Skink sticks out it's tongue to protect itself from predators.
A blue-tongued skink spends most of the day searching for food. When a predator threatens a skink, the lizard puffs up its body to look bigger.

The sudden flash of colors may surprise and confuse the predator just long enough for the skink to run away.

ReplyDeleteThis is a nice Explanation Esmae.You have taught your reader and others where it lives, how they can protect themselves and what its scared of.You could add what it eat and what animal classification. Example: A dog is a mammal.But just keep the great work.
