Youth Symposium

Throughout the term, the learners in LH1 have been working through the learning process to build their understanding of an issue they selected.

We finished the term with a model UN Youth Symposium to inform each other of our perspectives.

Maya talking about the Learning Process and our Learner Qualities

In LH1, we're currently checking in with some of our learners to see how their understanding of the Stonefields Learner Qualities and Learning Process is developing over time.

We recorded Maya talking about these two things and how they help her in her learning... we thought it might be useful to help our parents and community better understand what they are about and how we use them.

What do you think makes a good learner?  What would you do if you were in a classroom and came across a challenging learning situation?

Here's Maya with more information about what she would do...

Welcome to 2015!

Welcome to Learning Hub 1 and 2 in 2015!

We've really enjoyed getting to know each other today and are looking forward to a fabulous year of fun, friendship and learning.

We'll be posting our learning for everyone to see on this blog and we'd love to receive your feedback and comments as we do so.

Whilst out at fitness we thought about the learner qualities and the learning process.  Jessica, Amber and Megan talked about these; can you work out which of the following pictures fit under the learning process and which are learner qualities?
