Boxfit Opportunity

BOXFIT

There is an opportunity for YEAR 5 learners to take part in a boxfit class on Tuesday morning. It has multiple benefits, such as increased fitness, self discipline and motivation to stretch ones self.

Please talk to any of the teachers about this or let them know of your interest and we shall go from there.

Many thanks
